Bad service by shoprite kimberley

<p>I experienced extremely bad service at Shoprite kimberley on 02/11/2016. I withdrew money at the till according to the manager the money did not go off from their side but i received a sms confirming that the transaction went through. The manager assured me that i will receive the money before 9 on the 03/11/2016 after she checked their FET. Today on the 03/11/2016 they don't show professionalism by phoning me and updating me, no i have to phone them. Still today i can't get my money because they have to wait for head office. Im a single mother of 2 i need my money. I cant wait for days. I have 2 children which i can't tell they have to wait for shoprite to fix their problem before they can get their necessaries. Poor service </p>
