Bad Service by Nolan branch manager Shoprite Retreat

I received an e-mail from Shoprite on the Xtra Saving deals for my card, and i came across a mini oven for the price of R199,99 and 2x Troprika for R20! i then rushed to the Retreat store for this incredible deals only to be told by the Administrator Gadja Ajam and Branch Manager Nolan i am MAD! i was so ****ed off and they were so disrespectful i then called customer care consultant Jovan assured me i could have the items for the price and said he would send an email, i went back to the store and to my ungrateful ass i was treated like a mad woman once again by these people and JOvan was no longer answering call and i am still waiting on a call from his manager and thr recording.
