Bad service by Gcobisa Mvovo at Southgate Shoprite butchery

on Saturday (10/02/2018) in the afternoon. I had to buy a few things which included mince that i had to get at the butchery. when i got to the window to order i realized that there was nobody there to assist me so i waited until a sales rep for some bread brand went to call some woman to assist me. she came dragging her feet like nothing was wrong. when she walked in she just stood there without saying anything like "I am sorry to keep you waiting" or "how can i assist you?" she literally starred at me until i decided to say "may i please have mince" i went on to ask her if she didn't see the reason to apologize for keeping me waiting or at least ask how she could help me but she rudely said NO. i asked for the second time if she was sure about this answer and she said yes she is sure. i asked her if this is how she treats her customers, she said she doesn't know how i see it but she is not sorry. i asked for the manager, she said the manager had left. i asked for the store manager and she told me to go look for the manager by myself. i asked for her name, she did not respond. i asked for her name again and she rudely answered and gave me a name. again i had to ask twice to get her surname. i then took the mince and paid. i went to the controller to share my experience. it was then that i realized that the worker gave me a wrong name and surname. she was called by this controller but really I am not satisfied with the conclusion on this matter as this worker did not show any remorse. she kept on saying I can take this further if I want. she only said sorry because the controller insisted she should say so. this woman can not work with people. she is rude and careless, she has no respect for customers. i usually get my meat at this store but i doubt i will ever set my foot there. BAD SERVICE because of a RUDE ASSISTANT.
