Bad service

So today I went to Shoprite Mayfield to buy some groceries, the shop was busy and we couldn’t find big trolleys. I had to use the small trolley but I can’t take it outside, so one of the security guys helped me looked for the trolley. Now I left hair spray and Jik at the counter, because they didn’t put them inside the plastic. So when I got to the car I noticed that the spray and jik are not there, I quickly went back inside with the slip. I am so disappointed with the service of the manager there, she was just rude and unhelpful. The security guys suggested we looked at the camera but the lady was just not in the mood. I had to leave my things that I bought with my hard earned money. I hate it when people act like they are doing us a favour but they are at work.
