Bad service

From the 2nd of november i have been going to shoprite because there was a special that was advertised ,so we could not find the selati brown sugar so they offered me a voucher that says i will be able to go get it before the 2nd of december even if the special is not there anymore ,i have been to shoprite everyday and find that it’s either they don’t have the sugar or the white star maize meal without even offering me an alternative ,i have been going to the store daily and they will tell me that they will call me but they never do ,i went there today and there is not white star or even selati sugar they telling me that i will get them for R380 when the special and the voucher says R349😏😏to think that i have been going there everyday for the whole month and the voucher expires tomorrow.
