Bad service, bad attitude, old products

A few weeks ago pizza was on special and sold out as always. Got a \rain check\" for 12 and went back on Saturday but only purchased 11. Both my wife and I explained about 3 times to the teller and Thsepo who came to authorise the transaction that we are only taking 11. Also bought 3 Cadbury chocolates on special. When I got home I checked my receipt and saw I was charged for 12 pizzas. The one chocolate was going white and the second one was melted into one solid slab. Didn't even open the 3rd one yet. Now I have to go back and argue about R25.99 for the pizza and exchange the chocolates that I keep forgetting at home because I don't want it to melt in the car. <br> A lady at the till behind us complained about bad service and made quite a scene and I thought she was just being rude. But this has become the norm at Rock Cottage. The staff is always miff. I dare you to go and order fresh baked rolls from the back. Its a life changing experience. "
