Bad service

"Disappointing experience at Shoprite in Secunda Square. Long queues at checkout, specifically at the Money Market with 7 tills but only 1 consistently open. It's frustrating to see so many tills closed while customers wait. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a manager, they seemed completely unbothered by the issue. Hopefully, they'll take customer feedback seriously and make some changes. 2/5 stars"
