Bad service

I am so sick to an extent I couldn't eat anything so my husband and I decided to go to shoprite and buy mageu to see if I can eat. I bought it paid and wen I got to our car I decided to drink it. Only to find out that it expired on the 20th of November 2020. I ran back to return it they say to me it's 8pm I can't return it and it's not expired for more than 30 days so I can still drink it.
