Bad Service at Volksrust

<p>I Minah Vilana would like to lodge a complaint about the bad service that i got from one of the cashiers at Shoprite Checkers in Volkrust. The name of the lady is Duduzile Khalishwayo, the customer she was serving was waiting for the machine to load and it was taking time and we asked her what was going on and her response was that her customer knows the problem and just left it at that, she was very rude to us and we reported to the assistant manager who didn't take our complaint into consideration. We really didn't like the way we were treated and would love for this matter to be handled accordingly.</p>
