Bad service at Tonga Shoprite

<p>I was at Tonga shoprite trying to buy electricity at the money market counter but the cashier (Zwane Trudy) that was assisting me there she acted unprofessional, rude and made jokes about me in front of her friends and when i request to see a manager, she quickly called her freind or colleague whom you can see or tell from far that she is not a manager and she came and look at me from top to bottom and left without saying something or helping me. And its not for the first time i receive bad service from this shoprite, last time i even requested a complaint register or suggestion box to express my dissatisfaction but none of those things were available. </p>
