Bad service at till point

Went to do groceries at Shoprite, when I got to the till to pay, Aalina changed shift with Kgomotso, without even saying anything to me. they swopped everything , I began to unpack my groceries and placed them on the till. I took everything out of the trolley. the person who stood behind me then told Kgomotso that he needs to withdraw R3000, and Kgomotso told him she does not have that much cash. She then called Aalina back. I stood there, being overlooked, no one saying anything to me and they just continued to assist the guy who was BEHIND me. the lady with very short red dreads who was packing parcels on the till on the right then took my trolley away. Still they continued without saying anything to me, like I was there to beg and not pay for my groceries.<br> <br> Later when they finally finished helping the guy behind me, only then did Kgomotso say \hi". I then told her that i'm not impressed"
