Bad service at the Shoprite kiosk

I dont know why people are not complaining but the service there is so dam bad I was there on 1 February 2026 waiting to be helped at the kiosk and there was only 1 cashier while the line was so long it took us forever to be helped I even went to the supervisor but she did not care all she said was the other cashier went out at rush hour and we had a pregnant lady there and old people the need to put more people on the tills when it's rush hour I am not happy at all I don't wanna lie and I told them that im gonna report them do you think they cared no they didn't but there was this 1 cashier who helped me with such a smile I just forgot her name I wish I remembered her name she derseves her flowers
