Bad service at the beggining of the year.

I went to Shoprite to buy butternut and when I get to the till the cashier (Phumzile) tells me that I was suppose to put in on the scale first before going to the till. There's no sign saying that and there was no one standing by the scale to assist. I explained that to her and she just put my butternut aside and requested that I pay for the other staff and leave it there, and I just paid and walked out. <br> As a customer service consultant myself I believe that she should have asked someone (parcel packers standing by the till) to go and scale it instead of just pushing it aside without even asking or better yet Shoprite should put price tags on all their fruits&vegetables.
