Bad service at Sky City mall

So I went to Shoprite in sky city mall and bought a couple of items and requested for a R200 cash back and here is Anathi Saba saying she only has 800. While counting she counted to almost that R2000 and there was still more money. I then asked to speak to her manager as she didn’t wanna do what she’s paid to do that’s when she made a R200 more cashback as if that’s her money. Shoprite please respect us and provide proper training to your staff, the ill treatment we get here is unmatched. We have to buy elsewhere unless it’s emergencies due to this kind of a behaviour, you will lose more customers due to employees like Anathi
