Bad service at Shorprite Mohlakeng

My name is Lindiwe Morei and my number is ***, I have a complain regarding Shorprite in Mohlakeng everytime when there is a special the items are not packed and they will tell us that they are out of stock but when the special ends the stock is there, I have tried to even engage the manager on this matter but he is too buzy to listen to our demands, I would like you to invistigate this because its not fair to go to town just to get items that are on special.
