Bad service at Shoprite Soshanguve Plaza

Went to Shoprite to use their computicket facility. Found a queue of about 7 people and joined it. The queue is outside the store entrance. The security guards are in charge of marshalling the queue. After 20 minutes in that queue I found it strange that no one has moved since I joined it so I decided to go ask one of the security guards what the problem was and he said the money market was offline. Offline but nobody bothered to tell us that. We were just standing there not knowing anything. This is really bad customer service because it's not the first time I've experienced such a situation at this Shoprite. They should inform us if they are unable to assist us at a particular time.
