Bad service at shoprite Rustenburg

We have been waiting in the line for one an hour and the lady that is on the till was busy talking with her work colleagues while we were standing in the quew and nothing has been done, the service is very poor and unsatisfactory to all the people who where in till number 14 and the lady's name is Rebecca loane
