bad service at shoprite ridgeway

good morning,

this morning a had a bad experience with ridge way shop rite, the service that i received it was bad. i wanted to withdraw money and the answer that i got was that its early they dint have pity cash from their tills i must wait for the customers to buy .. and ask for how long and she said i dont know. as a customer its not fair for to be send from pillar to post by the supervisor and a till lady . at the end of it all i could not even withdraw the money because apparently the pin number was not correct and the person who has transferred the money must go back to shorprite in bethlehem and do the re-seting of the password.

i was made made a fool this morning, by two ladies in shoprite. they where playing me and made sure that i could not get the money.

apparently there is a number that i could have dialed instant they did not even give the number, and i ask for the customer line and they said they dont know it ...wow.

the service at shoprite ridge way its very very bad i will not set foot there again ...
