Bad service at Shoprite protea gardens

What a rude cashier, went to kiosk with 2 loaves of bread, without even greating she said we are closed. Lines are long and no cashier to assist people with few items. I told her I can’t wait in long queues to buy only 2 loaves of bread. You are still here please can I pay for these. After the last person infront of me, she called the supervisor and closed while we were waiting, explained to the supervisor, she directly said to us there is nothing we can do. I asked if another cashier is coming, she said no. How rude, how disrespectful. These cashier treat customers like this because they know nothing will be done. We deserve better customer service. If management can also do this then we are not valued for our money.
