Bad Service at Shoprite Phumula

The service at Shoprite Phumula, East Rand has always been bad but on the 08/06/2018 was by far the worst I had encountered. I was at the till and the lady at the point was Sunrise. there was another gentlemen ahead of me who wanted to go and exchange some soups and the lady made us wait for him to return instead of servicing us in the meantime. then I decided to go another till after about 10 minutes of waiting. When I get to that till I waited for another 5 minutes to be assisted as the Cashier at that point Nosiphiwe chatted to another colleague while I waited, clearly gossip was far more important that attending to a customer. We have been putting up with bad service from there for a long time. service at other Shoprite outlets great is not like the service at Phumula.
