What a bad customer service from Mantoa, on the 14th of November 2019, my sister in law and I got to the till point, we were after the lady she was helping one of her colleagues came and she helps her wothout consulting with anyone the Manger by the name of Mosadi comes and continues with the transaction after that she signs her off letting someone else in, then we ask her how do let customers wait and not say a thing and bg the way I need money, with a big attitude she goes I. Signed out so there's nothing I can do I asked her again how do u help your fellow colleague without our consent we r queuing for the service she up and left, then I asked the lady relieving her how she will work it out, she called lady Mosadi, when she got to the till she doesn't ask she shouts I stopped her and told her that you are shouting the wrong person your friend is the wring one. Thank you to the realeving cashier for your efforts as for you too ladies Mantoa and Mosadi you knocked at the doors of Shoprite and said you need a job you have the job now you don't treasure it, a lit of people will grab at the opportunity given a chance please get your act together.

I'm fact I think Shoprite owners should intervene because even Carletonville taxi rank shoprite has Diketso wearing a customer services belt has got just as bad attitude, she goes as far as telling a customer to shhh shhhh until I told her that I'm going to report her then she made all efforts.
