Bad service at Shoprite Jabulani Mall

I would like to complain on behalf of my mom about the service she received at Jabulani Mall Shoprite today 09/04/2023 around 12: 30 in the afternoon. She was harassed by a security guard ( Eunice Ndima ) at the exit insisting to search her as per the order the security guard received from the control room. My mom is not happy about the manner this whole thing was performed as she believes that protocol was not followed and her human rights were infringed because she searched her in front of other customers and at the exit instead of calling her to the other room where they normally take the suspects . My mom even complained to the manager George Motswantsweng who also believes that the act was not performed in the right manner. My mom takes chronic medication for hypertension and she was scared and this had a negative effect on her condition . My mom particularly wants to complain about the person in the control room who gave orders to the security guard at the exit to search her , clearly there is no proper communication from the control room to the guards at the exit if there will be instances whereby the people will be accused of *****ing and be harassed because of the incorrect information coming from the control room. I hope for this matter to be attended to as soon as possible as we are not happy
