Bad service at Shoprite Acornhoek Mall

I had a very bad experience at Shoprite Acornhoek Mall yesterday. Angel Mosoma was the cashier that assisted me. First, amongst my groceries was a pack of apples which she shoved at me telling me that they are not scanning. When I asked her what I'm supposed to do, she pushed the apples aside and kept ringing the other items, without answering me. Eventually, the apples fell on the floor bacause of the chaos that was happening on the till, and I decided that I don't want them anymore. My groceries were worth R1 960, a trolley full. After everything was rung up and packed in the trolley (which my sister did because there was no one packing for us), Angel called a supervisor to her till. Then all the items in the trolley had to be taken out and be rung again. I was offered no explanation or apology for this. My groceries were moved back and forth, and some items were getting squashed in the process. That is where the apples fell. This went on for so long that my sister got tired of waiting and left. I was still not given any explanation whatsoever. This was not my first bad experience in the store. The staff is very comfortable in I'll-treating customers that they no longer see anything wrong with it. There was a day where another female supervisor with a bald head shouted at me to go and pay for my groceries because her cashiers wanted to close their tills. She took offense when I asked why she was fighting with me. This shop is located in a rural area, and is supposed to offer our parents a convenient shopping experience. I am disgusted to experience that they have the wrong staff and management to do so.
