Bad service at shoprite

<p>I am so tired with service at shoprite protea gardens, ladies who works at the tills they are rude. Its not the first time or second time but the service you get it is so bad. I went there today to withdraw cash and i was on the que like anybody else and when my turn came this lady she didnt even greet me though i did, i asked her to make a withdrawal of R1000.00 for me and she said she doesnt have money she just withdrew R1500.00 for someone of which i understood, then i asked which till can i go to she the next lady on the till and she said to her she doesnt have cash then she just left me there standing i asked her where can i get cash from she directed me to the 3rd till from her and she didnt even ask her if she had cash, i went to the 3rd till as i was referred to by her and the till lady at 3rd till she just starred at me and served the next customer and i told her i was reffered to you by the lady from that till she said i must withdraw R1000.00 from yhooo and this lady gave a rude response with an attitude she said"go back to the person who sent you here i dont have have money", she was not even looking and me but the attitude was saying all. And went back to the lady who sent me to the 3rd till from her, she also gave me a serious attitude, to a point we argued and i told her i am not living this shop until you ask someone you work with to help, cos 4 packers were standing besides her and laughing as we were back chatting. Until someone came nd went to ask other till ladies if they had money. It was my last time today using shoprite i shop there because it is convinient for me, but your service is bad, train your stuff, number 2 it is dirty there is no enough space for us to move. Sometimes we pack own groceries, i think i will stick to pick and pay and spar. I am disapointed, and this wasnt the first bad experience but this time i am gatvol.</p>
