Bad service at jabulani shoprite

<p>I went grocery shopping on the 5th of August at shoprite in jabulani mall. In my till slip a krush juice 1.5litres was paid for. Only to realise two days later at home that there juice isn't there possibly meaning I left it on the counter. On the 12th I went back with my till slip to shoprite and asked how I could get my juice back or refunded. They went through a left behind book they have and I was told it wasn't noted down. Then I asked if that was it and the supervisor named Sibongile said a footage for the day could be viewed. She then went into the control room where a rude lady came out and made nasty comments to her colleague saying how could I only come after a week about the matter. The lady went in to "view the footage" and came out saying it as put inside my trolley. No footage was shown to me for all I know they could have just said the juice was packed into my trolley. Did not like the service I received and having to just lose my R32 I paid for. If service mattered to them I could have been shown the footage to prove that it was actually packed meaning I left it somewhere and not their store. And they can't be judgemental on how soon I can come to make a query. </p>
