Bad service and Rude staff

on the 23rd May 2023 around 14:46-15:00 I went to shoprite newgate JHB CBD to with draw R1000 as I received a cash send. there were 2 customer at money kiosk and I was the third one we waited nearly 45 minutes while 3 shoprite staff assisted 1 customer all this time but in between they didn't bother us until I ask to withdraw the money that's when they said they no sure if they it I must wait for them to check and they continued talking and laughing with acknowledging our present.

that's when the lady in front of me saw a lady at Till number 4 who was buying cash and we could see the money we both went to the cashier qued like every one else only to receive a rude attitude and bad service. she refused to give me R1000, also refused to give the lady R200 while the was money inside the till. she even said we full off our self then we went back to Money kiosk and still did not get help. this is not the first time I receive such service and many people always complain about their service and this shoprite is new. imagine spending more than hour on the que just to be ignored by the whole staff.

worse is that their staff didn't even have name badges to identify them.
