Bad service and racial profiling

I was harrased and tribally profiled by a cashier at shoprite khayelitsha, i went to withdraw a cashsend of capitec and she said to me I bought a south african identity document she did not want to assist me, she assumed I wanted to withdraw mokuru and because I am dark skinned. The first time I had a problem with this specific shoprite, was around 3-4 years back when my cape union mart card was swiped in my absence while I had this card with me and it was swipped after the shop was closed, now I was accused of being a foreign national who bought an ID, I am an employee of the SANDF, PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH DEALING WITH THIS SHOPRITE, I DID NOT GET THE NAME OF THE CASHIER AS I WAS SO FURIOUS AND SHE DID NOT WEAR A NAME TAG.
