Bad service. And no stock for products that they on special

On sunday the 8th was at shoprite jabulani mall to purchase calpol since it was on special . Wen i got the the product was not on the shelve and for almost 3week on being on the shelve i once i asked someone who were working on the frontline office complaining nd asking when they gon bring calpol stock he said they will ask order it.

So on sunday went there the was no calpol i asked for a supervisor to assist me about calpol since the special was ending on sunday. I waited there for 15min not being attended i asked the guy to assit me again he called so lady.. nd the lady said shes busy...i waited 4 them to get done. The guy wanted to assisted me with rain cheque. Then the supervisor lady came found the guy doing rain cheque she asked to help the other customer for rain cheque before me...i waited...the lady got her rain cheque i asked the lady that i have bein waiting for almost 30min with no assistance nd my child shes not feeling well. I need calpol... She said wont assit me with rain cheque cause its not on shoprite catalogue it only on medirite catalogue nd medirite they closed at 13h00... told her but calpol its not inside the phamarcy its in the shelve nd the store closes at 20h00.. nd theres a flash showing in the door that calpol its on special nd its ending today...its been 3weeks being advitesed but theres no stock... she told she doesnt have a barcode i didnt understand wat she meant...my chilld ended up vomiting there was never helped i had to rush with my child to the nearest toilet nd help her....

I dont understand wht shoprite make an special with the product that they dont have stock. It really fustrates
