Bad service and mistreat

Its me again what kind of service are you giving to people? at Shoprite Khayelitsha CBD, Corner Water Sisulu and Nomamzo Mongo Street. You think by bribing them with money will help the problem of customer mistreat from your employees? coz the last time I complaint you gave me R150 and now yesterday I went to you guys I bought Yoghut and juice and the queue was long I saw people were paying at the kiosk their meat and other food but when it comes to me I was told I am not the staff not that I saw anything that they signed after they paid they were all treated like any other customer but I was told I must go to the queue inside the queue wa long i would have spent 30 minutes only for 2 things i have. Yandiswa Tambo and Khululwa Mayingizi were making fun of myself and my friend as they said they not taking the payments from us. Yandiswa took off her name tag infront of me if she was doing what is right why did she took it off. african peoples stores have a tendancy of thinking pleople are fools when they need help. they were laughing and talking like they dont care.
