Bad service and health safety

Shoprite liquor jewel city Johannesburg... Second time buying liquor there and I find one bottle in a slide 6pack empty..

I bought a 6 pack of brutal on Sunday 17 March 2024 in the morning around 10/11am... I put them in a fridge slide as there where when I took them out to drink as I unpacked them one bottle was totally empty and this isn't a first time. Some packs have signs as if the pocked just thought it's when they trying to grab them but now I worry about my health n safety
