Bad Service and Health Risk

<p>this morning at 10:30 my colleague and I went to buy boerewors roles at shoprites outside braai area. As we stood in line waiting to be served we notice a small white bucket of dirty water which appeared to look like it had foam ontop. after purchasing we then witnessed the sales lady's colleague soak a rag in the water and squeeze it over the sausages with the purpose of reducing fire. I then asked the lady what was in the water, sales lady utterly ignored me. I persisted in asking what was in the water and asked weather she would answer me and she said in xhosa ( sukundi buza ububhanxa) meaning (dont ask me ****). I am completely unhappy with the service and in the manner that this shoprite employee delt with me. My colleague had already bought braaied chicken and when he sent it back and asked for his money she continued to be rude. We then asked for the store manager who then told us that the substance in the water was BIOCIDE I truly am very dissapointed and Iam a loyal customer of the shoprite checkers brand so I truly hope that this gets taken seriously. Getting a free boerewors rolls is not satisfactory for me</p>
