Bad service and harassed by security officer and cashier

I was at Shoprite liquor Olievenhoutbosch Ext. 36 ABSA section on Tuesday the 21st of March 2023, whereby my rights was violated by 2 security officer (male and female) as I went inside with kid to buy 1.5 litres of stone and they said kid are not allowed in the store and as a result I was called by names and shouted and security promisedto hit me and she is not afraid of me as she have children too and she is here to work for her children I can't tell her ****, (she was very rude as she was communicating with me by isizulu and never accommodate me or ask me if I understand her better. Male security told me that am not going to be assisted to pay coldrink which happened the way as old lady cashier refused to allow me to pay and went out without paying. I approached management and instead of getting to side of the story she just told me you know the law that kids are not allowed in Shoprite liquor without giving me proper explanation.
