Bad service and food

I live just a across Shoprite located in end Street in Johannesburg, and I've got to say their food is always bad, you go to their isles will find stale or even rotten produce. From there on you will stand in the queue for hours, they do not cater for people who are the just to buy a few essentials everyone uses the same line evn when you there to do your monthly groceries. When you complain about such you are told that you always ahave a choice to go to another shop and management there does not seem to take these complaints into consideration or is it maybe that we are mostly students that do our groceries there that our complaints are not heard. Please do something urgently as the situation there is getting worse by the day
