Bad service and disrespect

I’d like to share my experience at Shoprite in Katlehong Crossing as my privacy was invaded as the security forced to look into my plastic bag, which I purchased, and notified that I can’t leave without presenting a slip. I asked the manager of the store as to why should my privacy be invaded and I was told “ He won’t entertain what I’m asking”. I’m highly appalled as to how Shoprite teaches their employees to disrespect and belittle their own black people. I’m disgusting as I’m a business owner in the shopping complex and I often host the Shoprite employees in my restaurant but for the staff and the brand to treat me like I’m an animal. I’m disgusted.
