Bad service and customer assistant from manager

To whom it may concern.

I'm a dissatisfied customer, found my self in shoprite Dawn pack Shopping Complex. Got here to buy my daughter her Nappies size one, as I made way to the shelf the Nappies are.! Got the saw what I'm looking for same size and brand "Pampers" checked on the price on the shelves it states new born size 1.as responsible as I'm being take two puckers of the advised brands same size but the thought in me said "take one cause the child is yet to grow" I do so and take other items that will e needed (baby cologne and grip water) then head straight to the till point for payment's as the teller was asking for my discount card. She advised that no those items are not on sale "Pampers size one" in shock I let her know that the pice code states differently. We get there she saw what I advised her on and we came to the till with the code as she requested the managers assistance. As Ntokozo manager in charged on this day 24th March 2024, he said to me should go point out where I got this items at. He saw what I had already advised them. Arguing that I should still pay that three hundred and something he showed me not wanting to understand what I showed them. Let him to go check his footage which I believed it had all information and movement of my time spent there. He agreed to it. Gwe waited till the control room officer came back to let him know on the side that they don't have anything. That time the shelves have mini screens to show my movements. He told me that I winever get the pampers for what I saw them for. Made me stand from the time I got to the store till time I typed this. From 15:38pm till 16:30pm I'm so not happy with the attitude and service he rendered to me. Want to believe that if it was to be someone else they might have been assisted in any way possible but cause I showed him that I respect his role andnd job he took advantage of that. Would appreciate that anyone from the shoprite space will respond me back so I can know in any means what it is that we can do about such. And get what I saw in the price me and the teller saw it on. I personally respect anyone whose in a position of their work place not of a manager whose going to be out here and disrespecting what I advised them on.
