Bad service and bad quality of food

Today 25.08.2020, i bought two pies at Shoprite twin city mall Heidedal Bloemfontein around 12h00, for my self and a colleague. later that day around 14h00 i requested a colleague to buy me two more of these for lunch which we ate however when i was trying to throuw away the ****r i noticed the sell by date on the pie was 24.08.2020. i then proceeded to check the one my colleague ate the sell by date was still yesterday's date 24.08.2020. that compelled me to check the rapper for the two pi's we ate ate ealier today , only to realise the sell by date was yesterday for them as well.

with this information and the ****rs i proceeded to shprite to report this matter and my disatisfaction on this matter that an organisation as big as shroprite will sell to us as consumers products taht are past their sell by date, i was send to the bakery manager who basically dismissed me and told me there is nothing he can do unless i brng back the pie and not the rappers .Really here i was explainig my story he wants his pes back , no concern about my fear or disappointment

i buy a this store my lunch each day never though i need to check the sell by date to make it worse for my complain to be dismissed like this it is unacceptable.

after i returned back to work i have been trying to call the store manager they just keep transfering my call but he never picks up
