Bad service and Attitude from team

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on [14/05/2025] from your Cashier Koketso Sophy Mathonsi SS Hammaskaal Shoprite. I was a last minute customer started by greeting no respond ,then have to inform her to swipe my extra savings card she told me she felt no need to tell me as i was in the hurry to pay will my card was on hand one.then done paying slip instead of slip been given nicely was thrown on the till for me to pick up.i try to make her that i did like her treatment her respond was me i taking out my frustration on her must not make my problems hers while chit chatting with her other colleagues....
