BAD SERVICE

I went to Shoprite Liqour next to Sharons pace on corner Van Der Waaldt and Johannes Ramakhoase street yesterday afternoon in PTA CBD, with the intentions of buying a few items and to do a cash back of 100 rands for transport to get home.I queud ,my turn came and i was assisted by a lady called Tshepiso Molaale (not certain about the last name spelling)I asked her for the cash back and she adamantly told me that she did'nt have after i asked twiice and i even asked her to maybe check if her counterpart has it and she abruptly said she checked out from her till ,so she cant assist me as she is closed for the day .Which i understood but what I failed to decipher is her customer service, yes you might not have the cash back but what i the plan around the situation ,cant you politely tell me to wait a bit as there is a lengthy queue behind ,just maybe someone might have it and i wouldn't mind waiting.But what i figured out ,is that she was swiftly telling me to move along ,you don't have it and i must GO.Do the banks you have this agreement with know that you turn back their customers ,which are yours too, without resorting to any help or solution.Is this how you train your customer service agents.It is really concerning.I do cash back because its affordable and convinient
