Bad service

I was at shoprite airport mall and Yonela (works on till) and a woman named Sis fefe ( customer service) treated me so badly and had me wait an whole 30 mins while my groceries was already scanned and ready to pay. They saved my stuff and said they will first help other customers before attending to my query.
