Bad Service

On Saturday 8 February 2020 I went to Shoprite U-save Sunnyside, around 1pm.I asked the cashier if I could also withraw cash ,he said he didn't have any cash with him so I should go to another till,I asked him if I should buy something again when i get there he said YES.I asked him to cancel the items i wanted to buy so I could go to another till then withdraw cash..he started shouting at me ,told me to go to an ATM then said something I couldn't understand in Sepedi.I told him I'm gonna report this and he had no name tag on him.its not the first time receiving bad service from them,i just didn't report other incidents but the guy went too far, obviously he was swearing at me i could see it in his face.He didn't apologize he just continued serving another customer while shouting.
