Bad service

Bad service all round at diepsloot ShopRite from management to the person on floor.went to the store around noon today to buy some few things which includes veggie, I saw 10 kg bags of onions then decided to take one ,I was told they not for sale .when I ask why are they displayed the lady told me she does not know ,I asked for a manager ,I was directed to her since she was playing with her phone .I told her my concern,she said she will call the person working with veggies since she no nothing about them.she called suzan who said should I want to take 10kg I will have to pay 180 bucks while 6 kg is 59.90 .
