Bad service

They dont treat clients the same ,you go to checkers they pack for their clients dont know if its a area or a racial thing ? You go to shoprite in Pretoria Central and they make.you pack your own groceries and assist other clients whilst you still packing and just shove your groceries away to the side ..I go to Checkers everyday in Centurion Lifestyle the treatment is good there , They are not implementing the same good customer values its employeess, yet its the same company ..I have once complained directly to their head office no follow us was done and clearly no change took place cause same behaviour is done
