Bad service

On the 17th February 2020 around 17.00 I went to shoprite to purchase 5kg braaipack, I waited for staff that packs chickens on the fridge for about 15 minutes and not staff came through. While I was waiting security approached and I greeted her she didn't reply... Asking if is there any staff to attend Me she said everyone has gone to lunch and has no idea if their going to return anytime soon. Rep**** and said wow okay. Went to the manager office and that manager didn't even have interest in attending my case she even chased me out of the office. Like that's totally an unappreciation of value of the customer and I would advise anyone not to go to Glen ridge shoprite because it's full of bad services they have attitude. *** ***
