Bad service

I went to shoprite here in zeerust town. I needed to withdraw money from my NSFAS account and after standing in the line for 1hr 30min the cashier told me I doesn’t have it and that she cannot even assist me. With most shoprite outlets cashiers find you a cashier who has cash for you. I’m this case I stood there like an idiot with no help.
