Bad service

I went to shoprite olievenhoutbosch ext 36 on the 26th of May,it was my husband's birthday and I went to buy him a cake and some stuff I would use to cook his birthday lunch, I got to shoprite around 12pm,I paid using nedbank card R200 and I had to pay the remaining 31 with cash send I had a c number from capitec, I told the cashier when I arrived at the till that can she please let me withdraw cash first then I will pay after, she insisted to make it a single transaction, my card approved, after I put in the cash send pin it showed balance due but the till got stuck, I told them to give my good and money they refused, a guy by the name mxolisi was helpful he rebooted the till but the till was stuck, a guy junior manager named tlou sekhu was extremely rude and told I will only get my money if I bring a bank statement,2 hours later the till was still stuck I phoned my husband to come through, that's when we were taken serious, they phoned the store manager by the name of sipho khoza, he allowed us to take good and promised to call my husband on Monday and promised to contact the banks, but my husband had to go to shoprite when he knocked off and was there for over 2 hours again I am angry they ruined his birthday,even today I did not get my money back
