Bad service

The service at Shoprite Usave in Fort Beaufort, Eastern Cape, is very bad. I have been standing at the money market queue for about 30 mins now, there is only 1 person serving and the queue is so long. It takes about 15mins just to serve 1 person. I only have 1hour lunch break from work and i cant still be standing here for that long.
