Bad service

So disappointed with the service, wanted a cash bank of a mere R450 but surprisingly all the cashiers didn't have money at 2pm in the afternoon. The front controller didn't intervene. Was told to wait for a cash paying customer, which took 30mins of my time and no empathy or apology was given. Shoprite Nelspruit canary walk. Cashiers were nothando and nomcebo.
