Bad service

I bought baby formula, becoz they had no1,2 & 3 on the same shelf I mistakenly took no3 which is 4 12 to 36 months babies. I took the formula back the following morning & was told they can't exchange the formula, I there4 when to ShopRite in jabulani mall & they exchanged the formula I bought in Dobsonville.
