Bad service

What a hostile behavior i got at shoprite ridgeway ,two weeks back i bought a hair colour only to realize now that the color is wrong and i have already lost the slip take the hair back to store because i haven't opened it for exchange not refund i get there , i was assisted by the lady called Andisiwe apparently she is the supervisor i explane my self she says to me she is coming going to her sinior when she gets there she is saying to this guy i have a client there infront she is irritating me she wants to do exchange she is not aware im standing outside the door im listening to all the things she is saying and they are busy laughing with this man then she comes out of the office introducing this man to me saying this is a store manager ,this man told me they cant exchange for me if i dont have the slip .so i asked for his name he said his name is Koketso. Im not happy with the service i got from this place to think of it i do my shopping there all the time since i live in the area. Im never going to that store.
