Bad service

Shoprite moutse mall Dennilton How I wish they could understand customer service, the staff is rude and so inconsiderate, you call to talk to the manager you hold until you drop. How can we get better service if the management still do the same bad service, I can right a book but my wish is that they could do better, cause wow the disrespect is on another level
